Quinn's: The Hype Is Not A Lie

My friend Linda and I ate at Quinn's last night and had a very fun night. We met up around 7 pm and the entire place was packed. We opted for eating dinner at the bar - since this was the optimal people-watching place. Upstairs, we noticed a few families with young children. Though the menu is "meat-forward", the curry roasted cauliflower with lentils was a great vegetarian entree - a nice change from salads and mac & cheese - the usual sops to vegetarians at trendy restaurants. I had a Manny's on tap, while Linda had a cabernet by the glass to accompany her perfectly described crispy chicken entree. We then munched on some pistachios - whiling away a couple of hours with glasses of cava, cabernet and some wonderful Bricco Riella Moscato D'Asti.

Update: As of August 08, Quinn's no longer has the delicious cauliflower dish pictured above and is bereft of vegetarian options for their entrees. Too sad.
